Shipping
UK: free on orders over £30, otherwise £3.49. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive 2–4 working days after dispatch. You will get a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
EU: £14.99. Rest of world: £23.99. International orders may take longer and can attract local import charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.
If an order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us and we will sort it out.
Returns and cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email that you want to cancel, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
We refund the full price of the items, plus the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged, leaking or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
