Who makes the diffusers?

Desire Aroma. We choose the scents we think belong in a calm home and sell them under the Scentily name. We do not make or pour them ourselves, and we would rather say so plainly.

Which scent should I choose?

For a living room at the end of the day: Amber & Sandalwood. For a bedroom, or anywhere you want calm rather than a statement: Cashmere & Silk. For a hallway or a dinner party: Pomegranate Noir. For the room you show guests into: Oud & Bergamot.

How do I use a reed diffuser?

Remove the stopper, place the reeds in the bottle and give them a few minutes to draw up the oil. Put it somewhere air moves, away from direct heat. Turn the reeds every week or so to refresh the scent. Fewer reeds for a softer room, more for a stronger one.

How long does a bottle last?

It depends on the warmth of the room and how many reeds you use. A cooler room and fewer reeds make it last longer. We will add a guide here once we have run each scent for a full season.

What sizes are they?

Amber & Sandalwood and Pomegranate Noir are 180ml in a rounded bottle with a gold cap. Cashmere & Silk and Oud & Bergamot are 250ml in a square bottle with a dark wood cap.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Free on UK orders over £30, otherwise £3.49. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive 2–4 working days after that. We also ship to the EU (£14.99) and worldwide (£23.99).

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, and 14 days after that to send unopened items back. We refund within 14 days of receiving them. If anything arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you, your choice. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Is it a good gift?

Every diffuser comes in its own gift box, so it is ready to hand over as it is. Add a note at checkout and we leave the price off the packing slip. Order any two and 15% comes off automatically at the basket.

Is it safe around children and pets?

Treat it like any fragrance oil: keep it out of reach of children and pets, do not drink it, keep it away from flames and heat, and wipe any drips straight away because the oil can mark wood and painted surfaces. Follow the safety information printed on the box and bottle.
